The project incorporates Baiye farming equipment, including one 4-row, 4-tier and one 4-row, 5-tier automated cage systems for laying hens.
Across the vast Nanyang Plain, Henan Huakanzhe Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd.'s newly constructed modern layer hen breeding base is operating steadily, setting a new benchmark for large-scale, intelligent layer hen farming in the region. The project incorporates Baiye farming equipment, including one 4-row, 4-tier and one 4-row, 5-tier automated cage systems for laying hens. From entry quarantine to daily management, stringent safety protocols are implemented throughout, striving to establish a model for healthy, sustainable modern farming.

“I started out in feed and chick production, gaining extensive industry resources and experience through frequent interactions with farms,” " said Mr. Zhang, the project leader, reflecting on his entrepreneurial journey. Through collaborations with multiple farming enterprises, he keenly recognized the future trend toward large-scale farming and gradually experimented with tiered farming, achieving remarkable results. In May 2025, he formally initiated the construction of modern chicken coops, ultimately selecting two buildings equipped with Baiye automated systems, marking a crucial leap from traditional to intelligent farming.

The facility employs an automated feeding system: timed and metered feed distribution with fully automated conveying and uniform mixing significantly reduces manual labor intensity while eliminating feed waste and contamination common in traditional methods.

The lighting system simulates natural light cycles, automatically adjusting coop illumination to promote healthy development and layer performance.

The centralized egg collection system gently conveys eggs via a buffer line to the egg storage facility, enabling one-stop automation for egg collection, transportation, and sorting. This minimizes human-poultry contact and reduces cross-infection risks.
Beyond significantly increasing per-house capacity and laying efficiency, Huakanzhe Agriculture's project achieves precise management and cost-efficiency gains through intelligent environmental control and fully automated operations. The project is now fully operational and is expected to steadily supply premium fresh eggs, serving as a model case for modernizing egg production in the Nanyang region.

Moving forward, Henan Huakanzhe Agriculture will continue to uphold the principles of “healthy farming, intelligent production, and quality first,” driving the industry toward resource conservation, environmental sustainability, and high-efficiency, premium-quality development.
